• ORDERING: We pride ourselves on our personalised service. We take phone orders and can explain how the pendant or watch works, and answer any questions.

• PROGRAMMING: We fully program the pendant or watch for you and activate your SIM card, so the pendant or watch is ready to use when you receive it.

• DELIVERY: We will send your pendant, fully programmed and ready to use, by express courier. 

​       Products come from our supplier in NSW , so allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

• FOLLOW-UP SERVICE: We are available to call on weekdays to answer any questions you have.

​       Our supplier mCare Digital provides lifetime service and followup for all alarm products.
